Description

This adapter and radio kit makes makes installing a touch screen headunit in 95-98 OBS Chevy and 99-02 GMT800 trucks a breeze. Our bracket clips into the factory dash bracket to mount a the 1.5 DIN radio in the original location - without modification. You still get to use the factory bezel, meaning no need for aftermarket bezels which need paint work and time to get fitting right. A multi-part design, this kit comes with all the hardware needed to install your new radio in minutes, not hours. Add modern functionality to your Silverado, Suburban or other Chevy/GMC truck! Also fits Astro/Safari trucks of the same year!

Kit comes bundled with radio and Metra (PN 70-1858) wiring harness to make your install as easy as possible!

Note: Trucks with the Bose system or Luxury package may require a different adapter harness. This harness would be Metra PN 70-2003. At this time we do not stock this harness, so it would be up to you, the customer, to source this part. Please check your truck's RPO codes (UQ7 or Y91, if they have either of these, you will need PN 70-2003) and wiring connector prior to purchasing.

Great modern radio for my old 1997 truck

It works just great. The wireless Carplay was my main reason for buying. The music off my phone also sounds great. I was confused about the installation but the support team was very responsive to my emails and I got my questions resolved quickly.

Chevy 1.5 din radio

Extremely happy with my purchase easy to install. Instructions could be a little more specific but product is top notch. Touch screen is responsive, audio is better than stock radio.

Very good product

Fits perfect really modernizes the interior, works great with sound system and has a lot of customization. If you want a modern radio without modifying for double din this is the best option.

Best radio on the market for your 95-02 Chevy Silverado. Had it wired up in minutes, very simple, didn’t have to cut dash out, which was why I chose this radio. This radio and company doesn’t get enough credit

Great radio!

I purchased this for my boyfriends ‘98 gmc sierra for Christmas and he loves it! He said it was easy to install and only took him about 45 min total to rewire everything and get it completely installed. It has many features.. his favorite being the gps and Bluetooth system. The customer service was also amazing as they responded to any questions I had quickly and were very kind. Didn’t take too long to arrive.. and actually delivery was very efficient as I ordered right before Christmas. Would definitely recommend buying this radio from reversion raceworks! Great company great product!

1.5 Radio Din

Was exactly as advertised! The 3D printed adapter was a perfect fit allowing the radio to sit flush in the dash! Would definitely recommend this product if you want to bring your truck up to date a little!

02 sierra 2500hd Fits Excellent

The stereo looks and fits great! It’s relatively simple to install and they took the time to label and pre-cut all the wires. The only thing I’d gripe about is the buttons on the side. They aren’t very sensitive and you have to touch them in the right place. Other than that, I absolutely love the product.
