Thank you for shopping with Reversion Raceworks. Many of our products are made to order, designed for vehicle-specific applications, or manufactured in small batches. Please review the policies below before placing an order.
By placing an order through our website, you agree to the policies listed on this page, our Terms of Service, and any product-specific notes shown on the product page.
1. Order Processing & Payment
Payment is required in full before an order is manufactured, assembled, ordered from a supplier, or shipped.
Many Reversion Raceworks products are made to order. Once an order enters production, fulfillment, customization, or supplier ordering, it may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund.
Prices, product availability, specifications, and lead times are subject to change without notice. If an error is discovered in pricing, product information, availability, or shipping rates, we reserve the right to correct the error and contact the customer before fulfilling the order.
2. Made-to-Order & Custom Products
Most Reversion Raceworks parts are manufactured in small batches or made to order. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Digital dash mounts and bezels
- Radio kits and adapter kits
- Vehicle-specific interior components
- 3D printed, SLS/MJF, CNC, laser-cut, or powder-coated parts
- Custom design, scanning, CAD, and engineering work
Custom, modified, special-order, made-to-order, or customer-specified products are final sale unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect due to our error, or otherwise approved by Reversion Raceworks.
Custom work, CAD/design labor, scanning labor, engineering labor, deposits, and design fees are non-refundable once work has started.
3. Lead Times
Lead times shown on the website are estimates, not guarantees. We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible, but lead times may vary depending on order volume, material availability, production schedule, supplier delays, finishing processes, and product complexity.
Typical estimated lead times:
- In-stock items: usually ship within a few business days
- Made-to-order Reversion Raceworks parts: typically 1–4 weeks
- Premium, finished, assembled, or powder-coated parts: typically 3–6 weeks
- Custom projects: timeline varies by project scope
- Backordered third-party items: dependent on manufacturer or distributor availability
If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us before placing the order so we can confirm whether your requested timeline is realistic.
Expedited manufacturing, when available, moves an order ahead in our production queue. It does not guarantee a specific delivery date and does not change carrier transit times.
4. Shipping Policy
Orders ship using the carrier and service selected at checkout or chosen at our discretion when free shipping applies.
Free shipping, when offered, applies only to eligible orders shipped within the lower 48 United States. Free shipping thresholds, exclusions, and available services are subject to change.
Free shipping applies to eligible orders over $150 shipped within the lower 48 United States unless otherwise stated.
Shipping charges may apply to oversized items, heavy items, international shipments, shipments outside the lower 48 United States, or items requiring special handling.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Reversion Raceworks is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, returned packages, or additional shipping fees caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Once an order is handed off to the shipping carrier, transit time and delivery handling are controlled by the carrier. We will help customers with carrier-related issues when possible, but we are not responsible for carrier delays.
5. International Shipping
International customers are responsible for all shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, VAT, and any other fees required by the destination country or carrier.
Reversion Raceworks is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, import inspections, local delivery issues, or unpaid duties/taxes.
If an international shipment is refused, abandoned, returned, or undeliverable due to unpaid duties, taxes, tariffs, customs fees, or incorrect customer-provided information, the customer is responsible for all related costs. Any approved refund may be reduced by original shipping costs, return shipping costs, carrier fees, duties, taxes, tariffs, or other costs incurred.
International warranty coverage may vary by product. Please review the product-specific warranty page, especially for radio and electrical products.
6. Shipping Damage, Lost Packages & Missing Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing components, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
- A description of the issue
Please keep all packaging materials until the issue is resolved. Carriers may require packaging photos or inspection for damage claims.
If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first and then contact us. We will assist where possible, but replacement or refund eligibility depends on carrier investigation results, insurance coverage, and the specific circumstances.
7. Returns & Exchanges
Returns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. To request a return, contact us with your order number, contact information, and the reason for the return.
Return requests must be approved by Reversion Raceworks before an item is shipped back. Items returned without approval may be refused or returned to sender.
Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, complete, and in original condition.
The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error by Reversion Raceworks.
Approved refunds may be reduced by original shipping costs, payment processing fees, cancellation fees, restocking fees, or the cost of missing/damaged components.
The following items are generally not eligible for return:
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Modified or customer-specified products
- Installed, used, damaged, or altered parts
- Electrical items that have been installed or powered
- Special-order third-party parts
- Digital files, CAD files, scan data, or engineering deliverables
- Items damaged due to improper installation, modification, misuse, or abuse
8. Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible.
Orders that have not entered production or fulfillment may be eligible for cancellation. Orders that have already entered production, been customized, been ordered from a supplier, or shipped may not be eligible for cancellation.
Approved cancellations are subject to a 7% cancellation fee to cover non-refundable payment processing fees, administrative costs, and order handling.
9. Product Warranty
Reversion Raceworks stands behind the quality of the products we manufacture. If you believe a product is defective, incorrect, damaged, or not up to our workmanship standards, please contact us so we can review the issue.
Warranty coverage is limited to defects in materials or workmanship under normal intended use. Warranty coverage does not apply to damage or failure caused by:
- Improper installation
- Incorrect wiring
- Vehicle modifications or fitment differences
- Misuse, abuse, neglect, or accident damage
- Heat damage, chemical exposure, or environmental damage
- Cutting, drilling, sanding, painting, trimming, or modifying the product
- Normal wear and tear
- Use outside the product’s intended application
Warranty remedies may include repair, replacement, store credit, partial refund, or other resolution at Reversion Raceworks’ discretion.
Reversion Raceworks is not responsible for labor costs, installation costs, tuning costs, vehicle downtime, towing, lost time, lost income, or incidental/consequential damages related to product installation or use.
Radio kits are covered under a separate Radio Warranty. Please review the Radio Warranty before purchasing or installing any radio product.
10. Radio Kits & Electrical Products
Radio kits, displays, wiring components, and other electrical products must be installed correctly. Incorrect wiring, poor grounds, shorts, improper power sources, vehicle-side wiring issues, or improper installation may damage the product and may void warranty coverage.
Before contacting us for warranty support, please verify power, ground, fuse condition, wiring connections, and installation steps.
Electrical products that have been installed, powered, modified, or damaged are generally not eligible for return unless approved by Reversion Raceworks.

11. Digital Dash Mounts & Display Compatibility
Unless specifically stated in the product listing, Reversion Raceworks digital dash mount listings include the mount, bezel, bracket, panel, or related mounting hardware only. Digital displays, ECUs, sensors, wiring harnesses, and controllers are not included unless explicitly listed.
Examples of displays that may be referenced for compatibility include Holley, Haltech, FuelTech, Tinker, AiM, Racepak, and similar aftermarket displays. These brand names are used only to describe compatibility.
Some products may require trimming, drilling, test fitting, wiring, fabrication, or other vehicle-specific installation work. Older vehicles often vary due to age, previous modifications, repairs, aftermarket interiors, or factory tolerances.
12. Backordered & Third-Party Products
Some items sold by Reversion Raceworks are manufactured by outside brands, suppliers, or distributors. We are not responsible for third-party manufacturer delays, stocking issues, discontinued products, or changes in third-party specifications.
If an item is backordered, we may contact you with available options, which may include waiting for the item, splitting the shipment, substituting another item, or canceling the backordered item for a refund.
13. Installation, Vehicle Use & Off-Road/Racing Use
Many products sold by Reversion Raceworks are intended for modified vehicles, custom installations, motorsports, restoration, or off-road/racing use.
The customer is responsible for confirming that a product is appropriate for their vehicle, application, local laws, emissions requirements, safety requirements, and intended use.
Installation should be performed by a qualified installer when necessary. Reversion Raceworks is not responsible for damage, injury, legal compliance issues, inspection failure, emissions compliance issues, or vehicle malfunction caused by installation, modification, or use of our products.
14. 3D Scanning, CAD, Engineering & Custom Services
Quotes for scanning, CAD, design, prototyping, and custom work are estimates unless otherwise stated in writing. Final cost may vary depending on actual time, project complexity, design changes, customer revisions, material requirements, and manufacturing requirements.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Deposits are required before work begins
- Deposits and labor charges are non-refundable once work has started
- Final payment is required before delivery of files, parts, or final project materials
- Customer-requested revisions may result in additional charges
- Files are provided only in the formats specified in the quote or invoice
- Reversion Raceworks retains ownership of internal design methods, templates, processes, and know-how
Customer-supplied parts, vehicles, scans, drawings, or reference materials are handled with care, but customers are responsible for disclosing fragile, rare, valuable, or irreplaceable items before work begins.
15. Trademarks, Brand Names & Vehicle Manufacturers
Reversion Raceworks is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or licensed by any vehicle manufacturer, aftermarket brand, or trademark owner unless explicitly stated.
Vehicle names, brand names, model names, display names, and trademarks are used only to identify product compatibility or intended application.
16. Third-Party Links & Services
Our website may contain links to third-party websites, services, payment processors, financing providers, shipping carriers, manufacturers, or documentation. These third-party sites and services are not controlled by Reversion Raceworks.
We are not responsible for the content, policies, accuracy, availability, or security of third-party websites or services.
