1. Program Description
Reversion Raceworks LLC (“Reversion Raceworks,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) offers an optional SMS marketing program. Subscribers may receive recurring promotional text messages, including sales announcements, special offers, product launches, and other marketing updates. Messages may be sent using automated technology.
2. Consent to Recieve Messages
By expressly opting in to our SMS marketing program, you agree to receive recurring marketing text messages from Reversion Raceworks at the mobile number you provide.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. Providing your phone number when placing an order, creating an account, or contacting us does not, by itself, subscribe you to SMS marketing. Email marketing consent is separate from SMS marketing consent.
You confirm that you are the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
3. Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies based on promotions, product announcements, and your interactions with our program.
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier’s plan. Contact your carrier with questions about text messaging or data charges.
4. How to Unsubscribe
You may unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to a marketing text message from us. After unsubscribing, you may receive a final text confirming your request. You will no longer receive marketing text messages from this program unless you opt in again.
For assistance with unsubscribing, contact sales@reversionraceworks.com.
5. Help and Customer Support
Reply HELP to a text message for assistance, or email sales@reversionraceworks.com.
6. Delivery and Availability
Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier and network availability and is not guaranteed. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Changes to Your Phone Number
If you change or relinquish your mobile number, please unsubscribe using your existing number before the change, or contact us so we can update our records.
8. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in information, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information with service providers that help us operate and deliver our SMS program, as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to the Program or Terms
We may modify or discontinue the SMS program or update these terms. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. We will provide any additional notice or obtain renewed consent when required by applicable law.
